How long until my order ships?

Every piece is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.
Is shipping free?

Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders $75 and up. Otherwise it's a flat $9.99.
Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're U.S. only for now. Join The Crew to hear when that changes.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Because everything is made-to-order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. But if there's a defect, damage, or an error on our end — we'll replace or refund it. Email support@crosslayapparel.com within 14 days.
How do I know what size to order?

Check the Size Guide on each product for exact measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Printed and fulfilled in the United States by our production partner. Designed in Lake Havasu City, Arizona by first responders.
