All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a CLA-XXXX confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or inventory issues.

Every Crosslay piece is printed on demand. Slight variations in color, placement, or fit are inherent to the process and are not defects. Because items are custom-made, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — see our Shipping & Returns policy for what we do cover.

All artwork, designs, characters (including Hosé and Knox), logos, and content on this site are owned by Crosslay Apparel Co. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. The Crew rewards program and any promo codes (including welcome discounts) are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Don't use the site to harass, defraud, spam, scrape, or attempt to breach our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crosslay Apparel Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
