Shipping & Returns

Every Crosslay order is made-to-order and printed on demand in the United States. Once your order is placed, expect delivery in 5–10 business days total — production plus transit.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders $75 and up. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout. Typical door-to-door time is 5–10 business days.

We email you at every step — order received, in production, label created, shipped with a live tracking link, and delivered.

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout and you'll see live carrier rates for your country — the rate you pick is exactly what you pay.

Heads up: international orders may owe customs duties or VAT on delivery. Those charges are set by your country's customs office, not by Crosslay, and aren't included in the shipping rate.

Because every piece is printed for you, we don't accept general returns for change of mind. If your item arrives with a print defect, sizing error on our end, or damage in transit, we'll make it right — free of charge.

Reach out within 14 days of delivery at support@crosslayapparel.com with your order number (CLA-XXXX) and a photo of the issue. We'll issue a replacement or refund right away.

Not sure about fit? Check the Size Guide before ordering — each product has its own measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
