Shipping
Every Crosslay order is made-to-order and printed on demand in the United States. Once your order is placed, expect 2–5 business days for production before it ships.
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95 flat, or free on orders $75 and up. Typical transit time is 3–7 business days once your package leaves the fulfillment center.
You'll get an email with a live tracking link the moment your order ships, and a follow-up when it's delivered.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — join The Crew to be first to know when it opens.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is printed for you, we don't accept general returns for change of mind. If your item arrives with a print defect, sizing error on our end, or damage in transit, we'll make it right — free of charge.
Reach out within 14 days of delivery at support@crosslayapparel.com with your order number (CLA-XXXX) and a photo of the issue. We'll issue a replacement or refund right away.
Sizing
Not sure about fit? Check the Size Guide before ordering — each product has its own measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
