What we collect
- Order info — name, shipping address, email, and the items you purchased.
- Account info — if you create an account or join The Crew, we store your email and preferences.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
- Process, fulfill, and ship your order.
- Send order, shipping, and delivery emails.
- Reply to support requests.
- Send Crew updates and drop announcements — only if you opted in.
- Improve the site and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run the store. That includes our fulfillment partner (Printful), payment processor (Stripe), email delivery (Mailgun / ImprovMX), and hosting/database (Lovable Cloud). We don't sell your data. Ever.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing anytime via the link in any Crew email.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@crosslayapparel.com.
- Disable cookies in your browser — some site features may not work without them.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, warranty, and legal purposes. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
